A couple of you have asked for this recipe. It's from my aunt who owns a Bed and Breakfast and serves it to her visitors all the time. It's easy as can be and great for those of us who aren't too great at making pastry.
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. diced ham or bacon
Place all ingredients, except cheese and ham in blender and blend well. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle cheese and ham on top, push in with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to sit 10 minutes before serving.

The Perfect Autumn Breakfast
All right ladies, this is amazing. As in, Morning Glory good- really, trust me! The syrup is scrumptious- I took one bite and instantly told Scott that it was really as good as something tasty from Morning Glory.
Pumpkin Pancakes:
2 C. flour
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. all spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. vinegar (don't be afraid, you can't taste it at all)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk (I used skim with some lemon juice and let it sit for 5 min.)
1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil (I used applesauce)
Mix wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Cook on a griddle.
Apple Cider Syrup:
3/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 C. apple cider (I used apple juice)
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C butter
Mix sugars, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add apple cider and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted. Serve hot over pancakes.
Then, for a tasty topping on this whole concoction, I sugared some walnuts and added chopped apples. It was really tasty. Hope you enjoy!
